We also specialise in equity release, where we buy properties from an owner who wishes to release capital from the family home to provide such funds as may be required for funding lifestyle or children’s needs, in return for which the owner is able to remain in occupation for the rest of his/her life usually on a ‘rent-free’ basis- These are known as ‘life tenancies’.
