As a matter of standard practice:
- We approach our business as professionals with high standards of competence and integrity
- Tenants are treated with the utmost respect at all times and any maintenance issues raised are dealt with immediately
- We never actively pursue the recovery of possession and do not make approaches to tenants to persuade them to vacate
- We actively maintain our properties to enhance value and comply with statutory and contractual duties to our tenants
- Tenants are allowed to continue to enjoy possession of their property without fear of interference and in the knowledge that the property will be well maintained
